Snowdrop Windflower Growing and Maintenance Tips

Anemone sylvestris grows best in a moist, loose soil in partial shade. Tolerates full sun as long as adequate moisture is provided. Will wander in the garden, however, can be easily contained with regular weeding and general maintenance. Do not prune back after the flowers fade, as blossoms leave behind unique woolly seed heads that remain for the summer. Self-seeding.
