Growing and Maintenance Tips:


A tough rapid grower in full sun and a rich, moist loam. Adapts well to both wet and dry sites. 

Additional Notes about Siberian Elm:


Invasive non-native. 

Consider substitutes: for hedging, Aronia spp, Ilex glabra, or Viburnum lentago. For a fast-growing tree with small leaves, Gleditsia spp, Amelanchier.
