Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Commonly occurs in dry prairie soils, open woods, glades, meadows and along roadsides or railway tracks. Thrives in full sun and is tolerant of drought, summer heat and humidity and dry or rocky soils. Does not like a wet winter soil.
