Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Grows best in a dry, sandy, well-drained soil in full sun and is quite drought tolerant. If grown in wet soils, cerastium will grow leggy and may develop root rot. After blooming, shear or mow to 5 cm to maintain a tidy, dense habit. Excellent for rock walls or steep, sunny slopes.
