Growing and Maintenance Tips:


Prefers average to moist soils in part shade. Tolerant of many soil types and can be planted in full shade. 

Additional Notes about Alpine Fir:


This cultivar originated as an exceptional specimen that was selected and named in the mid-1990s at Poly Hill Arboretum, West Tisbury, Massachusetts, which is on Martha's Vineyard Island.
