Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Makes a great accent as a single planting or used to flank a driveway entry as a pair. Low and wide, it won't obscure second storey windows. Pines work great in combination with deciduous shrubs and spring-flowering plants. As with most pines, this unusual plant grows best in a well-drained soil.

To improve looks and airflow, these plants would benefit from periodic 'combing' (use your fingers) to remove dead material.
